Shop: This is located at our family homestead in Lebanon, OR. Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 8am – 4pm. We may be out on a site visit, shipping customer orders or at a sharpening event, so please call for the latest updates and to notify Eric of  a drop off/pickup.

Mail Order: You may submit your order through the Smart Sharp website or send us a USPS priority package (typically medium) directly with written instructions detailing what you would like done. We accept check and PayPal. Do not send cash! For quickest service please also include a prepaid return shipping label with your order. This is why I don’t charge for shipping on my site, but if there is no label included I will have to contact you to collect the $17.10 shipping cost (or other cost) before sending it back to you and this could delay or slow your order return time. Thank you!

House Calls: We are available to sharpen on site in and around the  Albany, OR area. $150 minimum during normal business hours of Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm, this includes a $25 charge per visit to cover travel and setup costs. Neighboring restaurants/salons/households may of course combine orders and bring them to the same site on the same day to reduce the overall cost per order. All of our rates are doubled outside of normal business hours. There will also need to be some space available to setup in your restaurant, kitchen, or salon. Some work can only be done in the shop. If there is work from a site visit that needs to be worked additionally in the shop it will be returned to a drop off location when completed.
