Measuring your knives is easy. You only measure what needs to be sharpened, the length of the blade. If it’s under six inches the charge is the same. Otherwise lengths are rounded to the nearest inch (6.49″ is considered 6″, and 6.50″ is considered a 7″ knife).
Measure the full length of the blade. This Santoku knife has a 7 1/4″ blade. For billing purposes round down to 7″.
