Knife sharpening- Razor edge/polished finish

Description

This is the edge you want to shave hair off your arm with. Not recommended for tomatoes and such as the edge will not bite or grab into the material, but slip off. Depending on the quality (not cost) of your knife it may or may not hold a razor edge/polished finish. For example, a $10 Kiwi Santoku style knife will not hold a shaving edge, but a $13 Opinel paring knife will. If I think a knife will not hold a razor edge I will put an “all around edge” on it and refund the difference in price back to you.
